Job Description



Understanding of LinkedIn marketing programs 

Understanding of social media and CRM analytics 

Flair for content creation: web, webinars, blogs, video interviews, webinars, LinkedIn 

Set up new platforms and online campaigns and applying tactics to review, adjust and deliver results 

Strong planning and prioritization skills 

A passion for delivering a first-class web site experience. 

Working knowledge HubSpot and Wordpress preferable but training will be provided  

Commercially aware and be able to work towards set targets, focusing on conversion rates and considerate of the needs of the customer. 

Confident, ambitious and personable individual who naturally enjoys working in a fast-paced start-up team environment 

Competent MS Office & CMS skills  


Key areas of responsibility:  

SEO, keyword optimisation, back link generation, blog/content creation 

Paid  Social, PPC, LinkedIn adds, pages, blogs and groups, Google text Ads 

Website campaign management 

Set up social media channels & on-going management  

Drive & track conversion rate optimisation 

Hubspot CRM optimization 

Google Analytics, and other reports that are insightful and have tangible next steps 

Liaison with 3rd party agencies 

Content creation for website, email Marketing, and print trade media
